·结构
聚氨酯鞋底成型机主要由电路器控制系统、混合机头、原液料罐、加色料罐、原液计量泵组、料温、转速、压力控制系统、清洗系统。气冲系统和机箱等组成。
·特点
1、混合机头采用耐磨，高精度转阀装置，注料同步，工作寿命长，操作简单，安全可靠，维护方便。
2、控制系统采用PLC微机控制，温度，压力，转速由触摸屏显示，直观、方便，并设有超温、超压保护装置。
3、采用低转速高精度计量泵，转速由变频器和PLC控制泵电机，计量精确，计量误差≤1%；
4、采用螺旋和叶片组合式混合装置，搅拌转速n-7600r/min，使料液搅拌均匀，出料流畅，制品致密，有较好弹性。
5、采用冷却装置，连续工作时间长，减少混合头清洗次数，减轻环境污染，降低生产成本，提高制品竞争力。
6、加色或配色系统采用可靠的伺服变量加色，调节方便快捷，运行稳定，操作方便。
7、原液罐采用耐酸不锈钢（内胆）加热（或冷却）夹层式的料罐，夹层内附有管式电加热器，并设有料管内防湿干燥杯，确保原料品质、温度稳定。

·Characteristics
1. The mixer head is used rotary valve unit with anti-abrasion, high-precision, also with synchronous feeding, long service life, it is easy to handle, meanwhile, safe and reliable, convenient to maintain.
2. The control system is used the PLC PC control, with temp, pressure and rotary speed shown on the touch screen, visual and simple, also there is no overhead and overpressure protection device.
3. Applied the high-precision low-speed meter pump, with rotary speed controlled by the frequency converter and the PLC control pump motor, accurate to meter; meter error-1%;
4. Used the screw & blade combined device, with stirring speed n-7600 r/min, to ensure the feed liquid evenly stirred and discharged smoothly, also with the high precision and a good elasticity.
5. Used the cooling device, it has a long continuous service time, which can reduce the cleaning times of mixing head, reduce pollution, reduce coat and develop the quality.
6. The additive / matching system can be used the reliable servo variable for additive, simple to adjust, stable to run and convenient to operate.
7. The concentrate tank Is applied the feeding tank with anti-add SS (liner) with heating Inter-layer, where there Is a tubular electric heater attached Inside, also there Is a dry measuring cup set inside the feeding tank to ensure a stable quality and temp.
